Summer Snaps

We have been loving the 6 week holidays and although we haven't really ventured far from home it has been really nice to just enjoy the slower pace of life.

I have been a bit snap happy with my camera and have got some really lovely pictures of the girls that aren't *set up* and are of them just being themselves.

We seem to have very few pictures of the girls around the house so i have finally purchased some photo frames and I am planning a gallery wall along my hallway so everyone can see our beautiful pictures and share our fun times with us.

Anyway I thought I would share some of my favourites on here with you.

Chicken Pox strikes again
Our six week holidays started off with my eldest having chicken pox, although she only got 6 spots she was quite poorly with it. It is very rare they will both sit like this for any period of time so I had to get a photo for proof!

Lunch at Grandmas
My Mum set up a paddling pool and table and chairs at her house so my girls could have a mini holiday while Faith was still a bit under the weather. They loved sitting in the shade with their *special* drinks, and just having a bit of freedom in the paddling pool.

Bubbles in the garden
My toddlers favourite thing to do is blow bubbles, she wont even let her Mummy have a go anymore!

Face painting at Bents Garden Centre
Did someone say cake?

We visited Bents Garden Centre which has a great playground, but due to the pouring rain we couldn't use it, so the girls had their faces painted and ate cake instead.

Making a campfire
My daughter is obsessed with camping and is desperate to go, when we played out the other day, Faith found some sticks and made a campfire. Although she was disappointed I wouldn't light it!

What are your favourite snaps from your summer so far?

Chatterbox Walls - Personalised Prints and Posters

I have been lusting after those House Rules prints that seem to have hit the shops recently for quite some time but have never felt their *rules* applied to what I wanted in my house.

So when I  approached  Chatterbox Walls to try out their new website, I was so excited, I could finally get the House Rules I wanted and personalise everything right down to the colour of the background.

Chatterbox Walls wanted to use their backgrounds in creative design and  typography to create individual and stylish works of art for the home. The company really let you design and personalise your art work which means each piece is truly individual.

The website is so easy to use, you can choose from a variety of different print choices, even ones that you can personalise with a persons individual likes which I know I would love to receive as a birthday present.

Choosing your print is easy, you can choose from so  many varieties including *Our Song* or *Remember When* or even a *Bucket List* which would be great as a wedding present or anniversary gift.

Next on the list you are taken to the page where you can begin to personalise your print. This includes text and colourways.

The print I chose was for our living room which has a duck egg blue theme, I wanted a colour that was similar but not too matching.

I think it fits in perfectly!

Chatterbox Walls also offer a framing service which is individually priced due to the sizing.

Discalimer: I received this print at no cost to myself but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
