Change in the Tides

A lot has happened in the last six months, I have started a new job, been diagnosed with Post Natal Depression and found a new job which I start in February. 

My blog has been completely neglected during this time but I am now back and excited to be blogging on a regular basis. 

I also think it will help clear some of the stress from my previous job, and prepare me for the new challenges at my new job. 

I am sorry for leaving it so long but so excited to be back in the driving (blogging) seat!
